Description

Are you ready for a fun, fast, friendly word game to play with family and friends?  Side Links is a quick creative word connection game for 2-5 players that takes 25 minutes or less and challenges players to make connections between words using square tiles with a different word on each side. The tiles have different point values between one and five on each square, and points are earned for each connection made between two squares plus a multiplier for how many different tiles you can link with one square. Each player starts with four tiles and tries to place one tile per turn.  If they are not able to use a tile on their turn, they gain another tile and may try to use it to make a connection. Otherwise, their turn passes to the next player. The goal is to use all your tiles. The instructions include three additional ways to play for variation and new challenges.  Be serious, be silly, but if you can make a good case for word matches that other players agree with, go ahead and get the points! When any player places their last tile, the game ends and the player with the most points is the winner.

Publisher's Description of Side Links Game

Side Links, the game of creative word connections! With 560 words in the box, well over 10,000 connections can be made! Could you find a link between "map" and "directions"? What about "chocolate" and "birds"? In Side Links, players take turns playing tiles, trying to make links between words. The more connections you can make, the more you score! So get your creative brain working because while making one link might be easy, two or three is going to take some work, and probably some hilarious debates.
