Description

Giraffes, Elephants, Mice and other cute and colorful animals inhabit this delightful card game for 2-4 players. Crowding around the watering hole, larger animals chase away smaller ones as they vie for space to quench their thirst.  Players take turns putting cards from their hands around the watering hole and picking up cards from the next smallest card/animal pile if the card they placed brings the number up to three or more of that animal type. These cards go into a collection pile, and then players draw cards to replenish their hand count, which ends the turn.  When the draw pile is empty, the game is over and the person with the most collected cards wins!  Kariba is a 15-minute game where luck, strategy, and fun rules!

Publisher's Description of Kariba Game

Kariba is set in Africa where the weather is hot and the water scarce. Animals want to find a waterhole where they can refresh themselves. Of course, every animal wants to be the first to drink and so the elephant chases away the rhino, and the rhino chases away the mouse... But it is well known that elephants are afraid of mice.

Tactical, with an advanced variant that gives players more control over the game, Kariba is both a great filler for gamers and a great family game for non-gamers.
