Perfect for
young, casual, or beginner bird watchers, this North American birder’s logbook
features 100 different birds to spot! Also included are 100 bird stickers, one
for each bird included in this book. Once a bird has been spotted, place the
sticker in the log section for that bird. Other logging information includes
the location where it was spotted, the date spotted, and additional notes. Each
bird also has a little paragraph of characteristics and tips for where it can
generally be spotted, favorite habitat, and approximate size. This is
definitely not a super in-depth bird informational guide; however, it is a very
fun bird log with basic information, and can be supplemented with other bird
informational guides for more in-depth studies. It’s nice that the birds in
this book are fairly common, making completion of the book more feasible for
those in North America. Makes a great summer or outdoor travel activity! 45
