Writing Paper (with a difference)

Somebody should have invented this long ago! Ruled paper has light green or light blue shading in the middle third of ruled lines. This is the "target" area for handwriting. Capitals, and "tall" letters (b,d,f,h, etc.) will extend above the shaded area, and letters like g,j,p,q, and cursive f,z will have "tails" below. Primary paper would be considered 1" ruled and intermediate paper 1/2" ruled, using standard conventions. 20# white paper is printed on one side and comes in packets of 100 sheets.
