Description
Issued in 2019, this game is the second in the West Kingdom Series published by Garphill Games. It takes place in the West Francia Kingdom in 900 A.D. during a time when invaders are surrounding the city. The premise of the game is that players are trying to help defend their homeland while keeping everyone faithful and hopeful to their cause. The main mechanics are card drafting and worker placement and the game plays with 1-4 people in 90-120 minutes. An expansion named City of Crowns was published in 2021, and adds new features both to the main board and player boards bringing new actions and attributes to the game.
