- · Saxon Teacher Giveaway - The folks at Saxon Homeschool are helping us celebrate our 20th year by giving away a Saxon Teacher for 8/7, 7/6, 6/5, and 5/4. If you purchase a Home Study Kit or a Home Study Kit & Saxon Teacher package for Saxon Math 8/7, 7/6, 6/5, or 5/4 during the month of July, you are qualified to win. We will draw a winner for each of those four levels. Saxon Geometry Homeschool Edition is now available!
At long last, Saxon Geometry has been released for the homeschool market. It is available in a Homeschool Kit, which includes the textbook, solution manual, and the test packet. This is different from other Saxon Homeschool Kits for the high school level, which contain an answer key, not a solution manual. The Geometry Homeschool Kit is available for ordering on our website, and we will have them in stock shortly.
Algebra 1 is a prerequisite for the Geometry course. Saxon recommends starting the Geometry course after completing either Algebra 1 or Algebra 2. At this time, there are no plans to remove the geometry content from existing courses. Saxon maintains that these courses (as a whole) contain all the geometry that is required even if you do not complete the Geometry course. It’s true - if you’ve read or used a product that we sell, you have an “expert opinion” to share. But it’s not only about sharing; submitting a customer review for a product can also win you money to spend at Rainbow! We are impressed at the number and quality of the customer reviews we’ve received each month, and other customers benefit from being able to see several perspectives on a product they’re interested in. So, we’ve increased the prize amounts for winning reviews!
Each month first place winners will receive $40 in credit, second place winners will receive $20 in credit, and third place winners will win $10 in credit for their reviews.
