Description

Have young ones learning about life cycles? These figures are perfect for little hands to get involved in interactive hands-on and visual learning. The life cycles included in this set are as follows: ant, butterfly, frog, honey bee, ladybug, and praying mantis. Each insect or amphibian has four figures depicting the four life stages of each character, which each have their own variation of the egg, larva, pupa and adult growth stages. Included with the figures are correlating review cards, which include the written-out order of a life cycle on the front, and the answers depicted in pictures on the back. These are great for fun at home, or in the classroom! If you want to make a game out of it, just toss them on a table and have the participants race to organize the sets in order. Even teens and adults could have fun with this set. Even if not used for a game, accurate and fine detail make it a great visual for lessons or display. The figures are contained in a reusable cardboard carry case with dividers to keep things organized.
