Jump rope is a great form of exercise. My then first-grader wasn't quite ready to learn, but when he went to 2nd grade, his teacher made them jump rope as part of school. He learned so quickly and now loves to jump rope! These rhymes just make it all the more fun!

BEST ANSWER: We like the Super Skip ropes! Get two, so your child can do doubles with friends and family. My girls were able to get down double ropes in a day with my husband and our neighbor, and it's really fun doing it with grandparents, too! https://www.rainbowresource.com/product/sku/036927

Super fun
We bought this to go with the jump ropes we got our kids. This book has cute 70s looking illustrations and a lot of rhymes I remembered from childhood, plus many more.
