Art Cards have an art masterpiece on the front along with a small inset picture of the artist along with their name and life dates. There is also name, date, and source information for the artwork. Background information on the artwork and the artist along with the iconic map and timeline is on the back of the card. Composer Cards have similar information on the back with a picture that relates to a musical masterpiece on front (i.e. a sheet of Debussey music; a scene from Tchaikowsky’s Swan Lake). These cards correspond to the Classical Conversations™ Cycles: 15 cards per set.
This is a supplementary series of acts and facts cards featuring the world's greatest artists and composers. The cards have the artist or composer on the front and a fuller description on the back. Images were chosen to coordinate with Classical Conversations Foundations Cycles but can be used with anyone wanting to add fine arts to your study of history.
