Which edition is this book? Does it have the purple cover like the picture shows?

BEST ANSWER: I checked with out warehouse. It now has a white cover, not the lilac shown. We will get the image update right away, my apologies.

BEST ANSWER: This is the same book that was in print over 40 years ago that our two sons loved! I began sharing it with our grandchildren too! They enjoyed it so much I searched to see if it was still in print, and it was. We were delighted as well as our three granddaughters. They received it for Christmas last year. The book is identical inside, but the outside color is different with identical illustrations. It’s adored in our household!

This is a wonderful book to keep your little ones focused. There's so much to see on each page.
This has always been one of my favorite books. I used to read it to my son who is 42, and now I get to read it to his little boy, my grandson. We have so much fun trying to find Mr. Gold Bug.

This one is a keeper! We have kept over 40 years!
Our son had this book over 40 yrs ago which we retained. His eldest daughter has enjoyed it when staying with us so much that we ordered one for her for Christmas. She’s going to be delighted! I’m sure it will bring back happy memories for him as they enjoy it now together. His family will have it now to share with her younger siblings too!
