I think so much emphasis is directed to higher level math and not enough on everyday consumer math. Kids need to learn how to learn to have a budget and stick with it. Society is so ready to put everything on their credit card and forget it.

For 8th grade my son is studying different types of mythology. I am hoping this will have some age level information.
