My son loves science, and he loves cooking. This looks perfect for him to make the learning come alive.

My son does not love science, but does love cooking - I'm hoping this will help us find a happy, middle ground to meet!

I am going to try to have my 10 year son work on this on the one day per week that I am working in the same room, but unable to direct him fully. He loves food.

My kids love these experiments
I recently purchased this workbook and have so far done about half the experiments. My kids keep asking when we will do more because they say "it doesn't feel like school"! lol. I guess that is what all us homeschooling teachers want-learning without them knowing it. I will add that some of the experiments are very basic for the stated age of up to 8th grade. My twins are 5th grade.
