I took college level Art History courses and I was impressed with this book It gives a comprehensive overview of Art from the beginning of time to present day It is easy to read and understand Warning to parents: there is nudity in it nothing a black marker or some white-out wouldn't fix I would recommend this book as a 1/2 high school credit I wish the book had questions for each section to draw out the student I wound up reading ahead and making my own study guide for my child
