Product Description:

Just like the math Learning Wrap-Ups, this set provides a fun and hands-on way to drill and practice U.S. capitals. Basically, you have 10 hard plastic cards shaped like keys (6" tall x 1.5" wide) that are attached at top, so you won't be losing any of them. On the left side of the card are state names and on the right are capital names. A string is included with the cards, and you wrap the string around the cards in such a way that the string leads from the state to the matching capital. A cool feature of this product is that it is self-checking; after you've finished matching all the capitals, the back of the card will show if all the strings go to the right place. There are 12 states/capitals on each card, so each one is presented more than once. It's definitely a better way to learn the capitals than just sitting down and memorizing them. ~ Rachel

I picked this because of the amazing progress I saw with the math wrap-ups, and know how well these work, so would love for them to learn proper geography.

My son Noah who is 10 years old, will begin studying the United States and their capitals in the near future and I believe this will be a great way of accomplishing this. John, Noah's dad.

we have addition, subtraction, and division of these, and my 8 year old has loved them since she was @ 6. My son just turned 6, and is starting to use them correctly, so I thought this was a nice addition to their fun.:)

I'm Pamela, John's wife. I ordered the wrap ups to teach my 5th and 6th graders the capitals and postal abbreviations. The kiddos LOVE them!!! We actually used them to take our test. It was fantastic! Thanks so much. I will order more this summer!
