BEST ANSWER: Yes, my set included Rocks and Minerals A Study Guide, by American Educational Products LLC.
Does this kit contain "samples of minerals, igneous rocks, sedimentary rocks and metamorphic rocks?" I need something like this for my Geology class but it has to have everything listed in the quotation marks.

BEST ANSWER: It contains a sample of everything in the picture, but the issue we had was that most items came dislodged from there places during shipping.
How big are the rocks?

BEST ANSWER: Some are the size of a quarter or half dollar. Not enormous, but big enough to handle and invetogate for their properties.

Not good for a co-op or experiments
I was disappointed in the size of the samples. Most of them are about the size of a penny. So if you plan to let students use a nail to determine hardness or a streak plate these are barely big enough to hold on to. In the description it mentions un-mounting the samples if you want but they are glued on well and taking them off leaves a big glob of paper and glue on the back that really doesn’t come off. Plus two of the samples are very thin and broke when I tried to un-mount them. So if you just want to look at some very small rocks stuck to a piece of cardboard this would be fine. But if you plan to do any experimenting find something else.

Great basic starter set!
My 8-year old grandson who is already planning to become a geologist is fascinated with this collection. All of my grandchildren have studied these rocks together. So glad to have given him his first official collection.
