Trace With Me

Description

This series from Carson Dellosa was developed with the young learner in mind. Children as young as 3 can practice and develop fine motor control, the correct hold for their pencil, and many other early learning skills through tracing. Each book offers colorful activities that invite the student to trace a variety of strokes and shapes. In Pre-Handwriting, for example, they will practice lines, circles, and curves by tracing around objects, completing pictures, and tracing letters with those strokes. There are even cutting activities in some of the books. The line-spacing is 1.25" – plenty of room for the strokes of little hands. The Pre-Cursive and Cursive activity books have .75" line-spacing, and are intended for 2nd or 3rd grade and up. The activity books feature a traditional style of handwriting and both include plenty of practice. Pre-Cursive practices strokes and slowly progresses through lower-case then upper-case letters.
