Weaver Review Questions
The Weaver Curriculum does not emphasize grades. However, since some home schoolers are involved in umbrella schools or must comply with state legislation which requires some method of grading, these question sets have been developed. They are intended to be a helpful tool for Weaver users and can be utilized in a variety of ways. The questions are listed by chapter and are divided both by grade level and subject (no questions for Kindergarten). All "quizzing" could be done verbally if the teacher prefers - the questions are listed in a teacher's section with answers written in bold italic - but there are also student sheets that include the questions and leave room for written answers. The questions are typically short answer or short essay but also include matching and true-false. The teacher's notes include guidelines for assigning both a numerical and a letter grade to a student's work. ~ Janice
