Beautiful books from DK show clear, color photos to communicate words in Spanish and English. They are perfect for a native Spanish or English speaker to use with young children to expand their vocabulary in both languages at the same time! For example, in the book on colors, for yellow you will see a banana, cheese, pencil, eraser and a doll dressed all in yellow. The words are shown near the image in both languages; yellow/amarillo, cheese/queso, doll/muneca, pencil/lapiz, etc. Note: there is no pronunciation guidance in the books themselves, so be sure you are teaching correct pronunciation as you read.
