Guide to the Great Books / Veritas Literature Guides
This guide is designed to help you teach Veritas' recommended great books, and serves as the "core" for other Veritas Literature Guides. Included in this large 3-ring binder are teaching helps, book descriptions, background information, and detailed information on the books and literature types. The book has been expanded, and they have added four guides which were previously only available separately: The Aeneid, Aeschylus Trilogy, The Odyssey and Sophocles Trilogy. The guide to The Iliad is also included (as it was previously). These guides include study questions, worksheets, a variety of writing assignments, and answers for the teacher. Guides for The Aeneid, Aeschylus Trilogy, The Odyssey and Sophocles Trilogy are also still available individually.
