Description

You can almost feel the warm breeze and hear the rustling of plants and trees while dreaming of an idyllic queen’s garden! In Azul: Queen's Garden, you choose exquisitely patterned tiles to place around its statues, fountains, and pavilions. This version of Azul features a unique mechanism used to acquire tiles and garden expansions as well as a greater challenge with tile placement and scoring than the original. Tile choices are revealed as each round progresses, rather than at the beginning of each round, making strategic planning and tile acquisitions more challenging. As with all versions, the components are top-notch and the instructions well-written and illustrated.

Queen’s Garden plays over four rounds with varying scoring criteria each round. When all rounds are completed, each player scores their garden based on groups of three or more colors and pattern tiles and the player with the highest score wins!  For 2-4 players with a 45–60-minute play time.
