Description

When you look for a game that an unlimited number of people can play together, which is easy to learn and provides a lively, interactive experience, you should consider This That & Everything!

To start, divide into teams, choose the starting team and place the name of each team at the top of the score sheet.  Place the three decks of People, Places and Things cards face down in the center of the table.  The score sheet lists which category to use in each round and there will be ten rounds in the game.  The first category is people.  The starting team chooses someone to be the “describer” for the first round. The describer takes the top card from the people deck, that contains a list of six different people for which he or she will give the best possible clues to team members.  Next, turn over the 30-second hourglass and go!

The describer starts with the first person in the list and says, “People in the garden of Eden” and the team starts yelling out answers.  There is no penalty for incorrect answers and if they guess correctly, the describer goes to the next name and says, “The god of mischief” and all sorts of answers are shouted out!  Will they correctly guess Loki?  Next, how about the comedian with a 10-year television series?  If the team can guess all six people before the timer runs out, they will earn one point for every correct guess this round and an additional bonus point if they guess all six.  The other team takes their turn with this category and the game moves to round two, which will be the category called things.  Teams should rotate the “describer” role each round.

Once all ten rounds are complete, the game ends and the team with the most points wins!  This game plays with an unlimited number of players divided into teams and has a variable game time depending on how many teams are playing.
