Aircraft Engineer (Kids First Level 1)

A 71-piece kit that includes the story of two children taking a trip and the flying machines they encounter along the way. Children can build the different aircraft as you read the story a passenger jet, helicopter, seaplane, biplane, space shuttle, prop plane, hang glider, supersonic jet, and other airplanes.

Along this roundabout journey, the kids build various flying machines to help the people they encounter solve problems and complete tasks. As you follow the story, you can build models of the ten vehicles in the story. Large, colorful plastic building pieces make it easy for small hands to put the models together.
The kids start out by building a passenger jet to bring their family to a tropical island. After they arrive, they construct a helicopter to help a scientist studying sea turtles reach a remote island. As they continue along their trip, they also build a biplane, solar glider, seaplane, triplane, prop plane, hang glider, space plane, and supersonic jet.

Level 2 takes children to the next level of science there are no storybooks, but a detailed 48-page, illustrated guide book comes in every kit. These kits introduce children to the scientific method and teach science basics using hands-on experiments. Level 2 kits do not have a storage container.
