Really nice book
This book has quite a few editing errors, but overall it's not a big deal, we figure out what is needed. It is great and I am glad I chose it for my third grader.

Great for short attentions
So far I am happy with the material that is covered. Also, there are only a few problems for students to practice which makes it great for my daughter who is slower on completing a problem. I also like the snippets of review. This book is geared for her ability, however, I am not sure how she will do on standardized test.

This is a great math program for those who follow or incorporate a Charlotte Mason education into their homeschool. It's easy to follow and it keeps the kids attention with lots of variation In the math lesson being given.

We are relaxed homeschoolers and are always looking for teaching materials that don't overdo it on the paperwork. We also look for materials that teach items in a way that we can apply it to life.

Is this math considered a very easy math for children that cant learn?
Kristine M on Aug 1, 2017
BEST ANSWER: First, there are very few children who can't learn 🙂. If your question is about a struggling learner, then I think the answer is, "No", however I'm sure it would depend on the particular struggle. My dd used this last year and scored in the 99th percentile at the end of the year. If you specify a difficulty, perhaps someone else can chime in.
I just need to know if this book has religious content? I want this series regardless but I need the information.

BEST ANSWER: This series is an ongoing story of a Christian family. It does not focus on religion. For example, in one lesson that is teaching about money, the children are saving money to send to orphans in another country. There is not a lot of religious content. We have only done Book 1 and 2. We really enjoy the short lessons that teach math as it applies to everyday life!
