Product Description:
This set includes a Passport Book (a blue booklet with "Passport" printed in gold on the cover, measuring 4" x 5.5", with 22 blank white pages) and a set of stickers.
The full color, detailed stickers feature the flags of all fifty states, as well as three U.S. flags and the flag of Washington D.C. - 54 flags in all, each slightly larger than 1 square inch. Kids can use the flags in their Passport Book to mark the states they have been to or learned about.

couldn't find anywhere else. the shipping should have been cheaper on these since you can mail them first class for hardly anything

Is there going to be an updated version of the stickers with the new Mississippi state flag released soon?
BEST ANSWER: According to the supplier, the sticker packages will be updated in January.

Am I correct in understanding there are 44 pages (22 x 2) which would be not enough for one page per country?
BEST ANSWER: You are correct about the # of pages; however, one page per state or country is not how a real passport would be arranged. Multiple stamps would be placed on a page. We purchased these to use with 'Eat Your Way Through the USA' cookbook, and divided each page into a few sections to accommodate all 50 states, plus D.C. It worked really well for us.

Perfect companion to 'Eat Your Way Through the USA'
Last year my home-schooled sons and I made recipes from 'Eat Your Way Around the World', which had a reproducible passport, country stamps, and food journal at the end of the book. My sons really liked that extra bit of fun after cooking the meals, and reflecting on them. I was sad to see that 'Eat Your Way Through the USA' did not have a reproducible passport with state stamps.
The Passport Book contains 12 plain, white pages inside (24 pages if counting fronts and backs). The State Flag Stickers contain all 50 states, a D.C. flag, 4 US territory flags, 3 historical US flags, and 2 current US flags. I put one of the current US flags on the front of their passports. My boys are really excited to start putting the state flags in the passports after they cook the recipes for each state!
