For our Economy packages we've gathered our most economical programs that are likewise strong academically. Many of these are from conservative Christian publishers. They tend to be black and white or minimal color but are straight-forward and easy to use. The exception is the history and science courses from Christian Liberty Press which have some color and engaging graphics. The English program and the reading program are both from Amish publishers and the stories and illustrations reflect their rural lifestyle.

We've included Math Mammoth in some of these packages because it is a strong, inexpensive program that allows the student to work somewhat independently. Please note that Math Mammoth is topically aligned to state and national standards including CCSS.

Simplifying the curriculum search, our Starter Packages fit the needs of new or veteran homeschoolers. Each one contains carefully selected material that is user-friendly, academically strong and inclusive of various publishers or educational philosophies. Three options are available: Christian Packages with a blend of Christian and neutral curriculum, Secular Packages with many standards-based programs from secular/ neutral publishers, and the Christian Economy Package with our most economical programs. Great starter pack for first timers!
We love that you put together a package for us at an affordable price! After reading through the parent texts, these seem to be a good fit for our family. I did supplement a different science, for something animal related, but that was just child preference. Thank you for putting these together!
