Great for new math learners
I am using level one with my 5 year old. I was debating whether to skip to the second half based on his score on the pre-test but I am glad we went all the way through. I really like how the concepts of numbers and adding is presented in several ways just through a workbook. The text is simple and can easily be put to a sing-song rhythm to help auditory learning. The kids see the numeral and several pictures of different groups of items equaling that amount. They then color a group and draw pictures themselves using kinesthetic learning. We used these activities as opportunities for fine motor and pre-writing skills as well. I am curious to see how many levels are designed like this before it fades out. My older son started with level 15 so no coloring for him.
