Dedicated to “all the people who wonder where their money went". I like this approach. The author says a budget is not a “financial" diet, but more about learning how to organize and allocate your funds. She wants you to be aware of your spending, so you can adjust it to meet various goals in your life. The language is unfussy, but very readable. You could work on a family budget with students to teach them about the cost of running a household with this book as a guide. You could add this book to an economics course to make money student-relevant. It's short and painless, well, the budgeting part may sting a bit! Pb, 63pp ~Sara
