Description

Do you have what it takes to create a world teeming with life? In this game of celestial craftsmanship, players take turns adding continents consisting of one or more habitats to fill up the 12 spaces of their dodecahedron-shaped planet. As the planets fill out with habitats, life emerges! From the 3rd turn onward, players try to meet the conditions of randomly-selected animals who prefer to live in certain ecosystems. For example, whales thrive on planets with the most oceans, while scorpions prefer deserts disconnected from glacial regions. The player whose planet contains the most of these preferred regions wins the animal, adding it to their planet. Once all planets are fully developed, the game ends, and players score points for each animal they have gained. Adding a hint of unpredictability is each player's hidden objective card, which calls for a planet to contain a lot of one habitat. The unique aesthetic of adding land to a planet, the underlying unpredictability, and the simple mechanics help this game to remain interesting time after time. It should appeal to children of all ages. For 2-4 players, with a 30-minute playtime.
