Smash Talk Game
A word-guessing game in which teams compete against each other's time until one team is too slow? This could be interesting! In Smash Talk, it's all about speed: clue givers draw a card with 5 words on it, such as "Carnival", "Fog", "Reptile", "Tube", and "Tuesday." Once they press the timer, it's game on as they rush to give verbal clues for each word to their team! When finished, they press the timer again (though it really is more of a "smash" as the title suggests), and it records their time. The second team must then beat their time. If they do, play continues with team 1, until one team is too slow and they lose the round! The first team to win 3 rounds wins the game. It sounds simple, but can you keep up with the pressure as the time available gets oh-so shorter? For 4+ players.
Quick clues and fast thinking are the keys to winning this buzzer beater! Each card contains 5 words. Teammates give clues and try to guess the words as quickly as possible. But here is the twist. Every turn gets more frantic as the buzzer keeps track of the time of the previous round. Each team must get through their card faster than the team before them to stay in the game. This fast, fun word game is a great addition to family game nights and keeps players on the edge of their seats! For 2 teams. Requires 3 AAA batteries (not included).
