Description

The Old Captain is retiring, and he's set up a memory challenge to determine who will succeed him. As a member of his crew, you must compete to win his favor by remembering exactly where in the ocean you left your pirate-y stuff! To begin, each player receives 12 different cards illustrating sharks, mermaids, treasure, parrots, etc. and arranges them in a 3x4 grid. After a minute to memorize the location of each, players flip their cards over and the game starts. Each turn a card portraying 1 of the 12 figures in a player's possession is revealed - players race to place their ship on their own card which (hopefully!) matches the revealed card. If it matches, players are rewarded gold coins. But if you mess up, you must toss one of your hard-earned coins into the sea! Further spicing up the game are a series of special cards which shuffle players' cards into a new formation, allow players to check a card, or let everyone swap two of an opponent's face down cards! Can be easily adjusted in difficulty for younger & older players. For 2-6 players; 20 minute playtime.

CHOKING HAZARD (1). Not <3 yrs.
