Description

You stumble upon on ancient castle, blocking your progress. But what a coincidence! 3 other knights had the same idea, and they need to get through too" In Keys to the Castle, players compete to be the first knight to escape the castle by traversing its many locked rooms. Each player begins his or her turn by drawing cards. These cards are generally color-coded keys, but can also be a variety of helpful items. Players then play one of their cards, opening an adjacent door of their choice and moving - or locking a door behind them to slow down other players! Other helpful devices allow players to hacksaw through barred doors, set up padlocks to further sabotage their opponents, and even find secret passages to speed their progress. The first player to the opposite side of the castle wins! For 2-4 players. 10-20-minute playtime.
