What is the low end of the range for this thermometer? Is it *NEGATIVE* 20°C or just 20°C?

BEST ANSWER: It goes down to -20°. I purchased two of these for comparison experiments and it was good to have them both (sun v. shade, that sort of thing).
How high does this thermometer measure?

BEST ANSWER: It measures from 20 to 110c but what they don't tell you is it is at least 12 inches long!!! A lot bigger than I had thought.
Is this a 12" thermometer or a shorter one?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, it is 12". It's only marked in Celsius, which I didn't realize.
