The EYE LEVEL READING RULER is a colored overlay filter and text highlighter, used to relieve the symptomsof visual stress and aid with tracking. It is about the size of a six-inch ruler that will fit easily into a pocket or pencil case, or can be kept in the pages of a book as a bookmark.
Simply read the text through either of the tinted plastic strips of your selected color, and track down the page: broad strip for paragraphs; narrow strip for single lines.

Finding the right color and size of reading strip to ease visual stress and focus eyes is often a challenge. The Duo Window takes a lot of the guess work out and provides options for you to find the best fit. Reading rulers measure 8" long and 3 ¼" wide. Uniquely they offer a shaded rectangle (1" wide) in the upper third of the ruler – meaning the reading guide is actually two guides in one. The top provides a ½" colored window for isolating and reading two sentences at a time. Below the shaded rectangle, is a shaded area (approximately 1 ½" wide) that isolates several sentences at a time for reading, which allows this duo window reading guide to grow with your child!
