Product Description:

Learning the days of the week and the months of the year will be enormous fun with this one-of-a-kind calendar. Hand crafted, this product is constructed from two wooden panels, one stacked on top of the other, with hinges joining them at the center. The top panel is a blank calendar with a colorful border. The bottom panel is plain white and serves as a storage area for extra magnets. Or, hang the calendar next to your telephone, and this panel doubles as a write n' wipe message board! 133 colorful magnets show the seasons, months of the year, holidays, and special events & activities (birthday party, school trip, music lesson, etc.) Calendar measures 16"x 23" when unfolded. A heavy cord fastened to the back makes for easy hanging, if desired.

Publisher Description:

Keep life organized with this wooden magnetic perpetual calendar. Open the fabric hinged boards to reveal a calendar grid on one board, while the other board keeps all the magnets close at hand. A sturdy cord is attached for hanging. These dry-erase boards include 133 magnets including years, months, days, and most holidays and childhood activities and a bonus magnet to customize.

Why did you choose this?
Rainbow Resource Center Store
I've purchased a magnetic calendar for a niece many years ago and even as a teenager she uses it now. What better gift for her sister then her own calendar and it's fairly priced.

Nice, but could be better
I really wish this calendar came with more customizable magnet options. I would’ve loved to have seen a “Today” magnet that you could place on the current day. My daughter enjoyed changing out the months and putting the holidays on each month.

Fun, heavy
The magnets are fun. My daughter, 5 years old, enjoyed them. The calendar is too heavy too hang, so for me it was not very workable.

We purchased this calendar to help our children learn about months weeks and days in a natural way Our calendars are too high for them to appreciate So far this product has done just that! With a small amount of time in the morning we go over the day weather and date sometimes the months too My littlest is even learning the days of the week All the Doug and Melissa products we have used are quality This is no exception It is a well constructed sturdy calendar It will bring us years of use There are magnets that are obsolete for our family so we just use a labeler and add our own event to a magnet It is great fun! We have it low on the wall so the children can view it I have seen them more than a few times standing in front of it studying it What a terrific way for hands on painless learning Well worth the price
