Description
Using one or four patch blocks, children learn to use a quilt plan, use a template to draw and cut the shapes, and with the skills learned in My First Sewing Book, stitch a pieced quilt with sashing strips and blocks. The quilt is finished by attaching the back with the pillow-making process. The three pieces of the quilt are fastened using yarn ties so that the quilt can be "in use" while quilting each square.
