Is the $4:25 the price for just one board?
A shopper on Mar 10, 2022
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it is. If you order one of those, we will choose the color for you. If you order more than one, we will assort the colors. It is possible to request a specific color. Just put a note in the Comments section during the ordering process. We will try to honor the request. However, if we do not have the color you request, it might end up delaying your order as we will pull the order and call you about options.
thick of the board?
christian on Nov 11, 2015
BEST ANSWER: About 1 cm thick. They are double sided, and the 1 cm includes the "lip/ledge" around each side.
i have a question what is array pin diameter of this geoboard?and array pin heigth?
christian on Nov 10, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The height is around .25 cm. The diameter of the pins is about .5 cm, but that's on top. They're sort of mushroom-shaped, with a wider top on a narrower "stem." This works well to keep the rubber bands from flying off. Hope that helps. :-)

Great tool for learning math
This geoboard can be used for many math activities. One side is laid out in squares, and the other side is in triangles and diamonds. It is not very thick, so it is easy to store in a drawer. It comes with different sizes of rubber bands, so you don't have to hunt up what you need. We have used it for shapes, of course, but now we are using it for a hands-on multiplication activity (making squares and rectangles), multiplying the edges, then counting the boxes to self-correct. I like to have tools that do more than one thing, and this is a simple, versatile manipulative.
