This is a classic children's Bible that we already own. We love it, so we are giving it as a gift. As a Catholic, I don't agree with all the interpretations but I still recommend this version because the delivery of the Gospel for children is so beautiful and compelling.

We received this Bible as a gift from a dear friend who knew we already owned ten children's bibles Why did she give us another? She gave us yet another children's Bible because this one is unlike any you have ever read Every single story clearly points back to Jesus Christ the rescuer and savior of the world The illustrations are intensely unique and intriguing but not comical and cartoon-y They portray things in such a way that my children think harder about the story and ask more questions This Bible is not theologically perfect I had one or two qualms in the Adam and Eve story But overall it emphasizes the sovereignty of God and His plan for all time to rescue His people It is truly unlike any Children's BIble I have ever read and I just love it It is a gem and a treasure
