I almost didn't purchase these because another product had better reviews but the other product was not available when I ordered and I am gladThese cubes are easy to link together My daughter (four years old with poor fine motor coordination) had no problem linking them and pulling them apart The feel of the blocks is very satisfying They're solid but not stiff Also each individual block has a shape cut out of each side: triangle square pentagon hexagon This definitely adds value for patterning as well as visual appeal The colors are appealing as wellGlad I bought them!
