There are a generous 48 shapes in each package of diffusing paper. There are 4 different butterflies and the sea life pack has 2 fish, a seahorse, and a turtle. Mix your colors then paint your beautiful butterflies for spring and summer or you can have a very colorful aquarium of sea life. Using water colors, washable markers and/or diluted food coloring, sprinkle with water and watch the blending of your beautiful colors!! Once your project is dry, add some glitter or use crayons, gel pens, markers or color pencils to add lines for more detail. Finished projects measure around 9.5" x 5.5". You can also discuss the process of diffusion and osmosis with your children so this could be a scientific art project. Then decorate windows and walls, notebooks or make a mobile.
