Description

A new era has dawned for your Stone Age village and its inhabitants. Strategic planning and years of working together to build the most successful village were goals that rewarded your people with many small victories. If you enjoyed Stone Age, it is time to rejoin the adventure with the addition of the Stone Age Expansion. Since we left your villagers, they have developed the art of jewelry-making using animal teeth and saw the advantages of trading this jewelry for resources needed to build and enhance their village. With the addition of trade, there is less scarcity of resources which allows you to better plan their use and ultimately help your civilization continue to progress. The basic strategies that were so rewarding in Stone Age have not changed. This expansion features an added expansion board that allows you to initiate and enhance your trading options as well as additional civilization cards and building tiles for added variety and scoring options. The Expansion adds additional player resources as well that allows you to add a 5th player to your game. The base “Stone Age" game is also required to play. Designed for 2-5 players, with a playtime of 60-90 minutes.

Publisher's Description of Stone Age Expansion Game
It took many tedious suns and moons to build your humble village. You toiled endlessly to protect and feed your young. You gathered raw materials to build huts to shelter your families. But times are changing. The people are stringing the teeth of animals into necklaces and crafting rings, bracelets and combs. In Stone Age: The Expansion, humanity develops even further from its humble beginnings as this expansion introduces both components for a fifth player to join the fun and an important new resource: jewelry! With these precious baubles, you can acquire more resources or to trade them to get new buildings for your village. Now that the age of style has arrived, it's time to build a village worth talking about!
