Description

To use this book from The Thinking Tree, you will choose 4 books and 2 documentaries about each scientific subject. Students will also build something in their Minecraft world based on these subjects and use gel pens/colored pencils to complete the activities in the book. Topics include: botany, chemistry, geology, meteorology, physics, technology and zoology. The book provides a framework for the content the student chooses to use. They will be asked to draw a scene from a documentary, write a review, write a paragraph on what you learned, draw a diagram or illustration, create a comic strip, find 4 words with more than 10 letters and write the definitions, doodle while listening to an audio book, and more. The pages mostly repeat in the 7 different science topics. Nearly all content comes from outside sources. The Minecraft theme is scattered throughout.
