Great quality, a little basic
This is definitely a book for younger ones. It's very basic, but very high quality pictures & nice to look at for the older ones who love visuals. References the 5th Ocean and calls it the Antarctic Ocean.

Awesome resource for younger kids
Got this for my geography loving five year old. I would say every home schooling family needs a copy of this. THe art is great. Good book!

A picture is worth a thousand words. This seems like a great and easy to understand tool for understanding geography.

This is a highly recommended book for learning geography in the elementary years. We will be using this in our morning basket learning about a new term each week. I will also be including worksheet I'll make to go along with the book as I not only have 2 in elementary and middle schooler this year. So we'll adapt a little for him.

Used throughout the year in ECC for My Father's World so it makes for a good purchase instead of checking it out at the library.

It goes with the My Fathers World curriculum we are starting in the fall.

This is also to supplement our geography studies in a simple manner. I hope to use it as a springboard for further study. We enjoyed Maps & Globes by the same author.

Goes well with Galloping the Globe

This will help root their concept of geography basics along with some specifics.

I intend to use this to help teach geographical terms to my 7, 8, and 10 year old, in addition to the other ways they are taught geography (through literature, history, memory work, workbooks, etc.).

To use with Trail Guide to World Geography.
