fun!
It is a lot of fun for a kid who loves math or loves solving puzzles, but terrible as a curriculum and main learning tool.

We all love Beast Academy
I can't say enough about this curriculum! My (advanced) 1st and 3rd grader both enjoy the comic book format, and the problems/activities are so engaging and challenging! They really do encourage thinking and problem solving more than any other math curriculum I've come across. Highly recommended!

We purchased Beast Academy 3B as a fun review initially but found it to be so much more Using the workbook is key to learning the new skills taught in this program Beast Academy is far from your standard math curriculum My opinion is that it teaches numeracy not just computation skills as some programs do The characters make learning fun Each day my child will ask to start with Beast Academy and Life of Fred and this is a child who says she doesn't like math We love it and will continue with each book

Just finished 3A ... loved it! Such a great way to encourage using different parts of the brain for math. These boys devoured it!

We tried out Beast Academy this year. I love it and so does one of my sons. (: My other son wouldn't love any math curriculum but he is asking to continue with this one if he HAS to do math. Beast Academy is strong in logic and problem solving skills. Don't be fooled by the comic book appearance, it is a rigorous math curriculum. But don't be intimidated by its outside-the-box thinking either, the back of the practice book is full of hints and thorough explanations for each question.
