The integrated Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Computer Applications simulation is designed in an easy-to-read, self-guided format. The student will be the owner of their own business from planning to opening. As you travel through the projects in the simulations, you will be guided by “Amanda” as she creates her own new restaurant. Following each project, you will see a page titled “In the kitchen with Amanda Sanchez.” These pages will help you see how her story unfolds. They also contain samples of the documents that Amanda created. You should use these samples as a guide to help you create your own.
