Fundae Sundaes is designed for middle and high school level students and is designed to be completed as independent, self-paced simulation projects for students to use and apply their word processing knowledge and skills in a fun, real-world business setting. In order to complete the projects in this book, students should have a basic working knowledge of using word processing software.

Use any word processing software application to open these resources. Some projects require students to include clip art that reflects the subject or purpose of the document. Use an instructor-approved source to find clip art and pictures for these documents.

There are 17 projects, each starting with directions and formatting instructions. Assessments are available for each project in the Instructor Resources. When you combine the reading, projects, and assessments, this could be counted as a semester course worth ½ credit on a transcript. A suggested schedule would be 2 days a week.
