Fundae Sundaes is designed for middle and high school level students and is designed to be completed as independent, self-paced simulation projects for students to use and apply their word processing knowledge and skills in a fun, real-world business setting. In order to complete the projects in this book, students should have a basic working knowledge of using word processing software.

When you combine the reading, projects, and assessments, this could be counted as a semester course worth ½ credit on a transcript. A suggested schedule would be 2 days a week.
