Description
Lost Ruins of Arnak was already a really good game, but this expansion adds new options and variety which, in my opinion, brings the game to the level of great! There are thirty new cards, new archeological site rewards, assistants, idols and guardians; all adding to the number of options available to gain rewards. What really makes this expansion excel is the addition of six expedition leaders. Instead of simply placing workers on the board, workers now become “expedition leaders or characters” – bringing new life to worker placement in this game with each leader using unique abilities to help your expedition to Arnak be a richer, more interesting experience than the base game alone.
These characters also have varying levels of difficulty and create new ways to strategize throughout the game. If you are already a fan of the Lost Ruins of Arnak, I highly recommend adding this expansion for an even better experience. This expansion requires the core game: Lost Ruins of Arnak. For 1-4 players, with a 30-minute gameplay per player. ~ Marsha
