Beautifully designed, these spiral-bound lesson plan books by Creative Teaching Press come in a simple and flexible format. They would work well for a classroom but also adapt nicely for a homeschool setting. Student lists, substitute teacher information, student transportation information and birthdays are at the beginning of each book. A month-ahead calendar introduces each month followed by weekly schedule pages. The weekly schedule pages are on a two-page spread and cover August through July of the following year. Each day of the week has about a 12 x 2 inch horizontal strip to record daily plans. You can draw your own vertical lines within the horizontal strip (this leaves room for flexible planning). There is space at the top of the pages to record subjects. The pages are black and white and leave plenty of space for notes.
