This book starts with crystal growing, and then the crystals are used as a key component for your own tiny dioramas, combined with miniature figurines, clay scenery, and paper cut-outs. There are three suggested “mini world" designs: a coral reef, a dragon's lair and a unicorn valley. Start by growing the crystals – with pipe cleaner bases – in specific shapes and colors. Then mix and sculpt the air-dry clay to make a scene base and accessories for your scene.
