Worth the money
I bought this because it was all inclusive and I wanted my Daughter to be able to forge ahead on her own. It was the best thing I bought this year. Well worth every dollar. She can work independently with out waiting for me to buy supplies.

A great help
I never seem to have something or other on hand when it comes time for science labs so I purchased this kit to use for the science lab we're hosting. So far, it's been great to just open the bag for the module we're studying and go. It is very well organized. Please note that there are still some things that you will need to shop for or have on hand (purple cabbage, eggs, etc) so do read the experiments in advance of the time you plan to do them.

I decided to purchase this to make things easier when gather materials for experiments. It seems I am always missing something when it comes time for experiments.

To save time and be prepared for each lesson without having to take time out to find odd items. I find if we are in a hurry and haven't prepared, we end up stopping because we don't have everything we need, and I don't want to skip lessons/experiments, so everything goes on hold. If we are prepared, we move along smoothly. Having all items for experiments makes a difference in keeping things moving forward and saving me from frustration.

I got tired on never having all the items needed to do the experiments. The lab kits do all the work of gathering the supplies for me and makes sure I have everything I need.

This kit is well worth the money. It is a time saver and eliminates going crazy, trying to hunt down specific items. You will be all set to do all the experiments.
Maria A on Aug 29, 2016
All materials are organized and ready to use. That helps to insure that experiments actually get done.

I wanted to take the frustration out of "good intentions". I always think I can just plan ahead and get stuff myself. It usually never works that way.

To eliminate searching for some of the experiment items
Laura C on Jul 21, 2016
there's very few weird or hard to find things in this, but for the hassle of going to 5 stores all over town, or finding the proper items needed in my house, AND being my first year of homeschooling, money spent to make things simple is worth it, especially to start.
Sarah C on Jul 19, 2016
So we'd have every thing we need to make the semester go more smoothly.

I want to be able to do Science without worrying about having all the supplies. This kit has almost everything needed to do all experiments.
Donna R on Mar 27, 2016
It is sooooo much easier to buy the kit than dig around your house for random stuff that I seem to always be out of.
Chad L on Jan 17, 2016
Excellent to have what you need labeled clearly and ready to go! Takes a lot of the prep work out for me.

I used this kit with one of my children last year. It saved me TONS of time and frustration driving to the store trying to find "just ONE widget" before each experiment. It seemed expensive when I bought it, but after using it for a year, I would highly recommend it to other people.

Great kit with all needed items. We tend to set aside labs if we don't have all the items needed on hand. With these kits, you will always have everything you need nicely labeled by EACH LESSON, in separate baggies! Great for those like me who struggle with rounding up all the necessary items.

We have a co-op class with 4 students. Would one kit be enough, or would we need 2?
User on Jun 9, 2016
BEST ANSWER: If you want each student to do the experiments, you will need four. There is only enough material in each kit for one student. If the students shared, you could reduce it to 2 but there are some activities (like building a DNA model) that would be beneficial for each student to do. I would recommend each student have a kit and at the bare minimum sharing two. I think if you only use 1 kit, you will significantly reduce the hands-on learning experience. My daughter loves the experiments. It was her favorite part of the course!
