The double wire spiral-bound books have 80 sheets (160 pages) that are micro-perforated for easy removal.

(110 gsm) paper that can be used with any dry media. All hardbound books contain 110 sheets of paper equaling 220 pages. Spiral-bound books contain 80 sheets of paper making for 160 pages.
